# The Unseen Work Log · SKPG

> One page a week for the work that went right and left no trace.

The manager you sat with before a hard meeting. The offer letter you caught before it went out wrong. The half hour you spent listening, because that was the job.

## How it works (five minutes on Friday)
1. Up to five lines. What took real time and left no record. Roles, not names. If it's confidential, write "Held a confidential conversation" and stop there.
2. One line out loud. Pick the line worth saying, and decide who should hear it.
3. Three priorities. Write three for next week. Stop at three. Thirteen Fridays make a quarter.
