## Who we are

smartkatana.com is run by Smart Katana Publishing Group (SKPG). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

## Buying a planner

We don’t sell anything on this site. The buttons marked “on Amazon” take you to Amazon, where Amazon’s own conditions of use cover your order, payment, delivery and returns. Prices and availability are set on Amazon and can change.

We describe the planners as accurately as we can. If this site and the book or its Amazon listing ever disagree, the book and the listing are right.

## Free materials

Downloads such as the Unseen Work Log are free for your own use and for your team or organization: print them, copy them, hand them out inside your company. You may not sell them or republish them as your own.

## Our content

The text, designs, photographs, planner pages and the names SKPG and Smart Katana belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may quote short passages with a link to smartkatana.com. Anything more needs our written permission.

## Emails

If you sign up, we send only what the form described. Every email has an unsubscribe link. The [privacy policy](/privacy/) explains what we keep and why.

## Using the site

Read it, link to it, and let search engines and AI assistants read it: the agent version at [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) exists for exactly that. Please don’t try to break, overload or misuse the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

## Not professional advice

The planners and this site help you plan and reflect. They are not legal, HR compliance, tax, financial or medical advice. Check deadlines and obligations with a qualified professional for your jurisdiction.

## No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

## Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by using the site, and our total liability for anything related to it is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

Links to Amazon and other sites are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their practices.

## Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protections of your local consumer law, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows it.

## Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. If you keep using the site after a change, the new version applies.
